GMC Healthcare PLLC may use or share your health information for treatment, payment, and health care operations as permitted or required by law. We may also use your information to contact you about appointment reminders, treatment alternatives, or health-related benefits.
Website Notice
This website does not collect Protected Health Information (PHI). All clinical scheduling, patient communication, and medical records are handled through HIPAA-compliant platforms (DrChrono, Zocdoc). Do not submit PHI through this website.
