The Transformation Story

From church pews
to a place called home.

The building that is now Serendipity in the Sun II was once a church — a place of gathering, reflection, and community. When Adrian and Gio first walked through its doors, most people saw an old structure past its prime.

They saw something else entirely. With their own hands and an unmatched eye for transformation, they stripped it back and rebuilt it — preserving the warmth and character of the original structure while reimagining every inch as a dignified, beautiful home for Arizona seniors.

“We didn't demolish its history. We honored it.”
